- Camera and Location Data (Photos & Location): To enable you to take photos and record the location where the photo was taken, fulfilling the primary function of the App.
- Legal Basis (GDPR): For this purpose, the legal basis for processing is likely Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - Performance of a contract: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. (Users download and use the app to take and presumably locate photos – this is inherent to the service).

- Account Management and Authentication:
